Director John Rourke
John has over 30 years experience in financial services and has worked within all sectors of the industry. He established the company in 1996 and has overseen the growth and development of the business. John is married to Emma and lives locally with his three children and dogs. He enjoys rugby, cricket and gardening.

Jennifer Read
Jenn has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry and is a Director of Tudor Financial Options Ltd. Starting with Tudor as an administrator, Jenn is now Office Manager and Finance Director. She lives locally with her husband and daughters. Jenn is a committed fundraiser and active volunteer for the Kent Air Ambulance.

Alastair Cameron-Dick
Alastair has been working with the company for 5 years since achieving a Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics. Alastair has a wide array of duties within the company predominantly focusing on client servicing and administration. Originally from the United States, Alastair now resides locally along with his wife and two young children.
